  Annexin V，PacBlue綴合物是美國AAT Bioquest研發(fā)的用于檢測細胞功能的探針，膜聯(lián)蛋白是鈣依賴性磷脂結合蛋白家族。 它們富含真核生物，屬于參與信號轉導的普遍存在的細胞質蛋白家族。 膜聯(lián)蛋白V的優(yōu)先結合配偶體是磷脂酰絲氨酸（PS），其通常保持在細胞膜的內葉（細胞質側）。  我們的膜聯(lián)蛋白V結合物是一組監(jiān)測細胞功能的工具，旨在通過測量磷脂酰絲氨酸的易位來監(jiān)測細胞凋亡。
